Pun Longmeadow Realty Announces Grand Opening of Newly Reconstructed Maple Shopping Center

Longmeadow, MA — After nearly five years of rebuilding following the devastating November 2021 fire, Pun Longmeadow Realty is pleased to announce the Grand Opening Celebration of Maple Shopping Center on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Located at the intersection of Shaker Road and Maple Street, the Maple Shopping Center represents a significant new chapter for the Longmeadow community. The original building opened in 1961 and has served generations of Longmeadow-area residents and beyond. The center carries that legacy forward with modernized property designed for today's businesses.

The center is nearly fully leased, bringing together a diverse mix of returning favorites and new retailers and service providers. Returning tenants include Iron Chef Asian Cuisine, Dream Nail Spa, and The Bottle Shop, alongside new businesses including Colorado Ski Shop, Country Bank, Back Nine Golf, and The Refinery.

“We are incredibly proud to see Maple Shopping Center come back to life,” said Mary Pun of Pun Longmeadow Realty. “This project has been a long journey, and we are grateful to our tenants, project partners, town officials, and the Longmeadow community for their support throughout the rebuild process. More than a shopping center, it will continue to be a place where neighbors shop, gather, and connect.”
